People lack motivation to make positive lifestyle changes such as exercising or eating healthily or perhaps they lack motivation to tidy their house or in their work.

Very often the lack of motivation is because what feels like a sacrifice is bigger than the benefits.  Perhaps you re lacking energy or lost your zest for life.  There may also be subconscious reasons and beliefs as to why you lack motivation.

I work with you using different techniques to help you become more motivation to make these positive changes.

When I first met Ann I wasn’t very optimistic to say the least, but willing to give anything a try to change my approach to food, my sport and life. It has taken 5 sessions now, but I am a changed man, my entire approach to food is so very different and I’m now storming towards smashing my goals in no time at all.
