At Hypnotherapy & Holistic Health, there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach. You are an individual and will be treated as such. Ann works in such a unique way, often combining therapies to provide incredibly powerful results.
As a qualified personal trainer, cycle coach and nutrition adviser, Ann has a great understanding of the mind and body and can offer a more comprehensive understanding of your mental and physical health.

I look upon myself purely as a facilitator of change. You have the ability within yourself to make the changes you need to and, with some guidance from me, you can make the improvements you wish to. Working with the subconscious makes total sense because our beliefs come from our subconscious mind. All our memories, conversations, learned behaviour and traumas are stored there. We therefore need to make changes to the subconscious mind to bring about positive changes to our lives. I have seen such dramatic changes in so many of my clients sometimes after only one or two sessions. Often this is after years of negative emotions causing unwanted habits and behaviours as well as physical and emotional pain. – Ann
