I’ve been helping people overcome anxiety for the past 6 years. By workshop with so many anxiety sufferers I understand that each person’s experience of anxiety is different, despite the commonality of symptoms. Very often events trigger anxiety and other times anxiety is more generalised. There can be many aspects to anxiety.
This workshops will contained information, useful techniques to reduce anxiety and information that I share with my clients, which is unique to my way of practicing.
£5 from every ticket sold will go to Guernsey Animal Aid.

“I sought the help of Ann earlier this year when it had got to the point that my life was being controlled by my anxiety. I couldn’t enjoy the simple things in life in fact it goes as far as I couldn’t do any task without the constant “what if’s” that panic disorder brings. I couldn’t go to buy groceries, go out with friends, without feeling panicked. I constantly had a tight feeling in my chest, felt as if I was breathing much faster than necessary, felt fearful that something bad was about to happen at any moment. I’d even suffered from a number of panic attacks.
I knew I couldn’t carry on like this it just wasn’t right so I got in contact with Ann and explained a bit about what was happening and made an appointment to go and see her.
Straight away Ann made me feel at ease. She is a wonderful person who doesn’t judge you, she listens, really listens and sets about the very best path to help you. Through a number of techniques Ann has taught me how to over come my feelings of anxiety, how to work out which feelings are ‘normal’ anxiety that everyone gets from time to time and how not to feed these feelings and make them escalate.
I haven’t had one panic attack since my sessions with Ann. I am much more confident and no longer spend my time thinking ‘what if’. I have resumed a ‘normal’ life I go out for meals, go shopping, just go about my every day life, calmly and confident. A big thank you to Ann for giving me my life back.”
