Having run her private practice for over 7 years, Ann has found her passion in the various therapies she uses to work with people to overcome issues which have been holding them back and facilitate a positive change in their lives. Ann explains “this is the most satisfying and rewarding job I could do”.
As a competitor in three Commonwealth Games, three times National Hill Climb Champion and a multiple Island Games Champion, Ann is well known for her cycling achievements. Ann applies the same level dedication and energy that she has put into her sporting success into her work.

Working with the subconscious makes total sense because our beliefs come from our subconscious mind. All our memories, conversations, learned behaviour and traumas are stored there. We therefore need to make changes to the subconscious mind to bring about positive changes to our lives. I have seen such dramatic changes in so many of my clients sometimes after only one or two sessions. Often this is after years of negative emotions causing unwanted habits and behaviours as well as physical and emotional pain.”

As a RMTi Consultant, Ann can help both children and adult with many challenges such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADD, balance, co-ordination and many more issues.
As a qualified personal trainer, cycle coach and nutrition adviser, Ann has a great understanding of the mind and body and can offer a more comprehensive understanding of your mental and physical health. Having worked in the finance industry for 20 years, Ann understands the stresses strains of business life too.

Having brought Colour Mirrors into her work, Ann’s studio offers a calming and welcoming setting for all. Ann explains “we are all subconsciously in tune with colour and therefore can use colour to help us gain greater understanding of our life as well as heal trauma and help to break away from negative patterns. In particular the colours are a real hit with children.”
