New Year is a great time for re-assessing your life and setting some goals but all too often those goals are not achieved due to a subsequent lack of willpower and/or motivation.
Weight loss, getting fit and stopping smoking are probably the most common forms of change that people are seeking into the New Year but there are other ways that people can seek to improve their lives with a little help. Areas such as:

Trance is a wonderful, relaxing feeling and, contrary to a common myth, you are completely in control and can bring yourself up out of trance should you desire to do so.
